I am 29 year old from East Asia, working as Engineer in a software firm. My co-worker is a 45 yearl, blonde hair blue eye 6ft tall uptown lady. She's a grandmother of two kids. Once a month she wants to out for dinner with me. She is also a very religious lady. I am feeling attracted to her. I need some advice.

If you're single and she's available and free, then go for it! There's nothing wrong being attracted to her but on the contrary, maybe you're just feeling this because you don't have any diversion of dating someone else. But if you do, and as what you said she's good, there's nothing to worry about especially if your intention is good...
