Its unfortunately probably someones baby wandered off. If he/she stays watch for posters and lost ads in the local paper. I have an all black female with yellow eyes who is so petite and classic, like the black cats from those French 1890's posters, and a 18lb male who is the complete opposite, messy, clumsy, gluttonous..... oh and devoted, loyal, honest, loving...
