hello i'm trying to figure out the kids in this sequence:

BbLl x BbLl

how many kids and what will the be if the B=Black hair, b=Blond hair,L=attached lobes,and l= unattached lobes

please help thanks alot...

you would have to do a dihybrid cross.

first you figure out all the possible gamete possiblities for each parent.

ex. BbLl: BL Bl bL bl

then cross it all, and figure it out.

BUT. if you are crossing 2 hybrids, then the outcome ratio will be

9:3:3:1

9/16 of the offspring were brown attached

3/16 were brown unattached

3/16 were blond attached

1/16 were blond unattached
