ok heres the deal, i never had a problem with my family, i always felt at home with them, until my cousin(hes a boy) married this girl. i fell like she just totally took my spot in the family. my cousin always treated me like i was special. now he only treats his wifelike shes the special one. i no thats his wife, but it seems like he hates me now. but its not just him. my whole family revolves around her, the way that they use 2 revolve around me. and beat this, she even has the same exact name as me, NO LIE! both of our names are Chelsey. she took everything from me, my whole family acts like i dont exist anymore. and have u ever seen that movie mean girls? well thats how we are, in front of other people we act like friends. but when its just us we fight "secretly."

like everything with her is a competiton with her, who has the best hair? who had more boyfriends? who can get kids 2 like them best? who can cook better? everything we do is 1 big competition.!! and no i wont talk 2 her

You should talk to the rest of your family. Maybe they don't realize how you feel. Perhaps you are being a bit melodramatic and a bit jealous? You need to look at your own feelings before you start blaming the new family member. Talk to your mom or someone you are close to.....

Talk to her.Tell her she makes you feel like an outsider. You guys are family now and you got to stop fighting. If she is trying to make everything a competition, then just ignore it.

And if your family is totally ignoring you then talk to them. Tell them that you excist, too.

If I were you and I was in that situation, I would ignore it. she is new in the family. They'll get tired of her and then pay attetion to someone else. (hopefully it's you)
