Semiformal/formal dress for a girl???

ok so i am a tiny 8th grader, size 12 slim pants, dresses about 10-12 size(kids!) and ussually an xs(juniors) and a 12 kids for shirts. ok so my school is having a formal dress dance thing. its halloywood theme(CANT WAIT!!) and it's in Jan. ok so i am having a hard time finding a dress. I am not extremely preppy and i hav a budget of about 80 dollars. I csn ussualy find dreses at limites too bcuzz theyy fit best. but idk wut i shuld wear. i mean im not good with hollywood stuff really. i mean i just need advice on hair, dress(no shorter than knee length), and shoes(not heels), and hair. i want a glam dres, but not 2 preppy or crazy or sparkly. idk advice plz?

I had that exact same problem when I was in 8th grade!! Except it was for our "graduation" lol, anyways I just curled my hair losley on the tips and stuck it up in a messy bun, I found some really small dresses at Herbergers and Ross and if it doesnt always fit you can have someone sew it and make it smaller!! as for shoes if you dont like heels go with some flip flops that match the color of your dress. Hope this helped!
