how do i get my neighbor to shave his bald spot? He's bald but in the center are two long spots of hair, almost like pony-tails, but unbound and completely free. In the wind it looks completely ridiculous. I've asked him to cut it, AND the neighborhood kids have made a petation about his two long hairs as a joke (which he found one day on his front porch), but nothing seems to work. His crazed hair is the runation of our society and it must stop. How do i get rid of this from his head short of holding him in a noogie and cutting it off myself!? Thank you.
